One of my favorite easy meals to make during the warmer months is a strawberry summer salad. I generally will use the same base and swap out the protein with either shrimp, salmon or today I used chicken. I have been putting my Our Place Always Pan to good use at the house and wanted to share a simple juicy chicken seasoning to top your salad with.
You guys know I love our Always Pan and since we have two it was one of the first things I brought to the house. A few things to note to keep your pan in tip top condition and long lasting:
- Always hand wash your pan, the dish washer is NOT recommended
- Wait until the pan has cooled before submerging in water to be cleaned
- The pan is designed to heat quickly and evenly, so no need to cook any higher than low-medium heat. The occasional sear is okay, but prolonged exposure to high heat can damage the non-stick coating.
- Use non-aerosal oils and fats with a high smoke point (~400-520Ā°F). Extra virgin olive oil, refined coconut, avocado, peanut oil and ghee work best. Low smoke point oils break down quicker leaving behind a residue thats harder to clean.
