Finally had a moment to write down this baked salmon dijon fillet recipe for you guys! I promise you even if you aren’t a salmon lover you will enjoy this one. One of my best friends now easts this weekly and she was never a fan of salmon and so many of you said you made this and you converted your husbands who were the same!

It is simple and easy and the dijon adds the perfect amount of flavor. I am a big mustard fan so I tend to go a little heavy, but you can adjust accordingly for your taste.
