Are you a “eat breakfast every morning” or “I’ll wait until lunch” type of person? I 110% fall into the breakfast every morning category and enjoy every single bite. I have always been a breakfast fan (hello breakfast for dinner nights), but typically do the same variation of eggs, avocado and toast. I am very picky when it comes to the brand of eggs + butter I use, my favorite are Vital Farms Organic Pasture-Raised Eggs (brown box) and Kerrygold Irish Butter. Sounds crazy, but both make sure a difference, the eggs almost have a buttery taste. While I do switch meal ideas up here and there, I find myself feeling the most full and satisfied with this combo and have been lacking ideas lately.
