It should come as no surprise that I find a lot of love for spending time in the kitchen. Whether I am prepping meals, cooking or trying new recipes, it always brings me a sense of calm and joy. With all this being said, I have talked a lot about how I have made the switch to many “greener”/”healthier” things in my kitchen, including cookware.
This past spring I tried out the non-toxic, but still non-stick Always Pan and shared my thoughts this past September after using it for a bit. Needless to say, I am still in love and I think it speaks volumes that I would rather wash this pan than grab for another one in my cabinet. It is just too good!
Our Place is running an insane deal, offering this non-toxic cookware for $50 off making it just $95 (code: SUPERSALE)!! I have never seen it for this price (the most thus far has been $30 off) and it has made my gift guide over and over again for the holidays (hello perfect gift for parents/in-laws)! I have the color “spice” and just picked up a second in “steam” (just FYI this color ships after December 25th), but they offer 6 colors in all.
This one pan is very versatile and does the job of 8 pieces of cookware, is not too heavy (3lb) and easy to clean (recommends not putting in the dish washer). I have loved using the steamer basket for making pasta! I no longer need an additional strainer (hello easy clean up) and bring the water to a boil with the basket inside, add the pasta into the basket, cook and then easily lift up the basket out of the water and your pasta is good to go!
Anyways, I wanted to also share the one pan harvest chicken, sweet potato and brussels sprouts dish I served up for dinner. You can find the recipe I used below and let me know if you have any favorite winter meals as well.
A big thanks to Our Place for partnering on this post!
