As I have been scouring the internet for some unique home finds, I’ve been spending A LOT of time on Etsy! It is one of my favorite websites for so many reasons. I love how it seamlessly connects consumers with creative shop owners and opens the door for so many people to share their talents with the world (without having to own a store front to do so). I also love that you are supporting a local business when shopping on Etsy. Almost every time I talk about a shop, the owner has reached out with the kindest words about what a difference it makes to them. I have truly met some of the nicest people on that website! So for 2021, I want to do a lot more of spreading the good word about all my Etsy favs.
To that end, I’m going to strive to share a new Etsy shop at least once a month on here. If you guys have a favorite shop, I would love to know about it as well so I can check it out! For now, I’m recounting some of my favorite recent finds, many of which I’ve shared before, along with some new ones!
LittleMiaBella – I discovered this account early last year when on the hunt for a comfortable mask to wear. They offer tons of colored mask for adults and kids at a great price for under $7. They are sold individually or in sets like neutrals, tie dyes, and prints. However, this Etsy shops main focus is actually mommy and little fashion. You’ll find tons of matching outfits for you and your little, like matching shirts/sweatshirts, dresses, and so much more. The shop is run by a family of 3 and inspired by the shop owners only daughter who she enjoys matching with.
greylittlearrows – This little shop is where I found Logan’s “Birthday Dude” shirt that you all loved. The shops main focus is screen printed tees for mamas, littles and disney, and she has tons of options to choose from. She also carries selections for the whole family, holidays, careers, and so much more, for an affordable price.
GraceSettings – A more recent Etsy find was this personalized plate I purchased as part of Logan’s Valentines. The stock photo shows the plate with a chevron background, but I reached out to the shop owner who was happy to remove it for my order. The shop carries plates, mugs, bowls, and place mats that are customizable and would be perfect for holidays, birthdays or just because.
LILAxLOLA – I found this Etsy shop while decorating Logan’s nursery and purchased these instant download bunny prints to hang above his crib. I thought they were absolutely precious and a great find for under $15. The shop has hundreds of instant downloadable prints to choose from like abstract art, florals, landscapes and animals. While you can have them printed at a ton of places, I had them professionally printed at ADORAMAPIX, which is also super affordable (I printed these at 16×20). I then framed them with these natural wooden frames I found at Target.
BePositiveFoundation – While I love Etsy for finding small businesses to shop from, I also appreciate being able to make purchases that help raise funds for non-profits like the Be Positive Foundation. This foundation funds cutting edge childhood cancer research and is the largest provider of financial assistance to families of kids with cancer in the nation. 100% of all Etsy sales are donated towards the cause. I personally own and love these 3 sweatshirts from their site: “Be Positive Smiley”, “Be Positive” in Mauve, and “Be positive” tie-dye, all in size small. They also sale T-shirts, joggers, mask, and baby onsies.
