The other week I made roasted cinnamon sugar chickpeas over on my Instagram Stories and also wanted to give this recipe a home right here on the blog. It is such a quick, easy and healthy snack and to be honest you can do whatever salty or sweet variation you like! Another favorite of mine is sea salt and rosemary. They are best when eaten the first day, but can last for another day or so, their crunch just lessons. Hope you all enjoy and let me know if you make them!
You want to make sure your chickpeas are COMPLETELY dry before roasting. Also remove any casings (if you want).
Halfway through roasting you want to remove the chickpeas form the oven. At this time you will add the oil and cinnamon sugar mixture and place back in the oven.
