It was a few weeks ago I was on Instagram Stories watching Gigi Hadid share her vodka sauce recipe for penne alla vodka and my mouth was watering. She shared step by step instructions and I immediately wrote them all down and snagged everything I needed during my next grocery store trip to try and make this myself as it appeared pretty simple.

To be honest, I love penne alla vodka, but have always been intimidated to make the sauce on my own. After giving this a go (hello quarantine cooking), I couldn’t believe how easy it was and honestly if I say so myself, more delicious than what you get when dining out!
