My New Next Day Delivery Obsession + Sensory Bags For Logan
September 16, 2019

I think it is safe to say we currently live in a world of instant gratification. From wanting to know where someone purchased something with a quick “swipe up” to finding the fastest delivery service for any and all our needs. I will fully admit I fall into this category and even more so since becoming a mom and needing diapers, wipes, etc. on the regular!

It wasn’t until recently, when chatting with a few of my mom friends here in the city, that I found out about Walmart’s NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Say what?! Not only is delivery free on order over $35, but it also doesn’t require a membership fee…win win! You can shop by category making things simple and easy and they offer so many options from party supplies, household essentials, baby items and the list goes on. Especially with living in the city I always purchase our household items online as I find they are cheaper and much easier to have something delivered directly to my door. Ever since Logan was born this has been my go-to move as well for diapers and wipes.

On Walmart’s site it is very easy to find everything that is part of Next Day Delivery. You simply slide that filter on (se screenshot below…upper left) and it will only list items that are eligible (which includes 1,000’s!).

Sometimes the day gets away from me and I forget that we ran out of something, but now with Walmart’s next day delivery option I haven’t had to stress.

Another thing I love about this service is it makes creating new developmental activities for Logan simple and easy. I am always on Pinterest trying to come up with new learning tools for him and recently added sensory bags to my to-do list. After going to three different stores in the city and still not getting everything I needed, I sat down and looked on Walmart.com and found everything in one place! If you have a little one, I will list out the items I picked up for making a few sensory bags for Logan to play with and will have a full post to come!
