I always enjoy checking out what is trending each season. Sometimes I can’t wait to jump on board and other times I am more skeptical and it takes me a bit longer. I love the mini dress trend, but being 5’5 (even though that is an average height), I am always a bit hesitant if pieces will be too short, especially now with my new mom role. Recently I ordered this mini dress with pintuck detailing to try (went with a small) and loved it! I think the off the shoulder detailing and floating sleeves are so fun! If you are one for details, I have my eye on this blush colored one with a ruffle neckline as well as this little white number.

This one I am dying to try, it is only $18, comes in 4 colors and I am drawn to the tie back detailing. Such a cute option for summer, you can toss on over your bathing suit, style for a BBQ or wear out for a date/girls night!

On the more pricier side, this leopard dress caught my eye and I am always a fan of a smocked bodice! It also comes in all black if that is more your style.

Another cute option is this floral number, perfect for a summer wedding! The only downfall is you have to hand wash it, but the sweetheart neckline and ruffle hem are too cute!

Lastly, this embroidered dress is a bit more flowy, but such a great option to dress up or down! I just snagged it in the coral (also in white) for an option to wear to our alumni weekend coming up. I also found it on sale here with a few more sizes!
