With 4th of July right around the corner, I wanted to share an easy and affordable look for celebrating the holiday! I wanted to incorporate a touch of red, white and blue without over doing it, and I found the best solution was this cute white top from Chicwish! I let it be the statement piece and focal point and kept everything else pretty simple and easy. This past weekend my friend had her hair tied in the cutest topknot and wrapped with a scarf, I was obsessed, and decide to recreate the look and use that as my touch of red!

Chicwish has so many adorable pieces right now that are trendy, fun to style, and won’t break the bank. If you are getting a bit more dressed up for the 4th, I thought this red dress was adorable and under $50.

Matt and I are headed to our friend’s beach house this weekend to kick off the holiday week. Then we will come back to NYC to work for a few days before heading down to PA to BBQ and hang by my brother’s pool on the actual 4th! As much as I love living in NYC, I have to be able to grill on the 4th, and ideally be by a body of water…tradition, ya know?!
