I always get excited when I can convince Matt to join me in a post ever so often! He has really good style, but is typically hiding behind the camera shooting my photos. I am currently still in Nantucket, we arrived last Thursday and had a wedding over the weekend. The weather has been absolutely beautiful, sunshine and the mid 70’s…it truly can’t be beat! I thought it would be fun to snap some pictures from our trip of just the two of us in such a beautiful place.
As organized as Matt and I both are with most things in life, we are bit of procrastinators when it comes to packing. Luckily, Nordstrom always comes to the rescue, we can place a big order with clothes for both of us and if need be (such as for this trip), I can easily speed up the delivery to overnight shipping for a reasonable cost.
While, lets be honest, I am usually browsing things to add to my wardrobe, I also continually browse the men’s section as well. Matt doesn’t always have a ton of time to shop, so I add a few favorites to a wishlist on Nordstrom’s site and share it with Matt for his approval. I know his go-to’s are J.Crew, Bonobos and AG, but I also love exploring other brands that he may overlook such as Treasure & Bond and Rag & Bone. Over the past year or so, I convinced Matt that investing in higher-end denim was a smart option and worth it in the long run, so I was happy when this pair and this pair remained in the cart!
Fall is just around the corner, so each piece I have been picking up lately I have made sure can easily transition. Matt wore this button-down with shorts over the weekend and also paired it with denim for when it cooled down at night. As always, you can find me in a cozy sweater and distressed shorts!
