The chunkier the better when it comes to sweaters in my opinion! The best part about this one is the detailing on the back. When wearing larger pieces, I always make sure to pair something more fitted with it – in this case some skinny jeans to compliment the oversized fit of the sweater. Chicwish has some amazing pieces right now, and all their items are pretty affordable and usually come in a few colors. Like this sweater with the surprising back detail, I love that their pieces are really unique and different than what I see on any other site.
My brother-in-law recently bought a place in the city, so now that he is decorated and settled he had us all over for a family dinner. Nights like this make me realize how fortunate I am to live so close to part of our family and enjoy getting together mid week. One of my goals for 2017 is to have family dinners more often and spend time catching up and unwinding with each other. Even with living in the city together, sometimes our crazy busy schedules get in the way and family can easily get pushed aside. We’re starting with once a month which may seem easy, but with juggling six of our schedules it gets a bit tricky. So far, we are one down and one scheduled for next month!
