The West Village has been known for it’s charm and character for years. New Yorkers always head to the village to walk around the streets, pop in and out of shops and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants that catch our eye. What always amuses me, is that in an area with such wanderlust, the streets stay on the quieter side and you hardly find anyone but locals. While some may think your crazy to pay a premium for some of the smallest living space in all of Manhattan, I can only imagine waking up in this neighborhood each day and experiencing the city for all it’s worth.
With all this being said, I tend to head to the West Village often to shoot pictures for this blog and for an excuse to try new places to eat. The other day I had breakfast at Bluestone Lane and it was so yummy (and great for an instagram). I wore this eyelet halter dress that has such a fun back detail and is also currently on sale. Don’t forget that an easy solution for backless tops, dresses and rompers is this bra…such a life saver!
