Yesterday the city almost hit 50 degrees and quite honestly that felt like spring compared to the single digits we have been used to! New Yorkers were ordering iced coffees, shedding a few of the layers that we typically had been walking around in, and actually enjoyed our time outdoors. Since I didn’t have to be bundled up like an eskimo, I decided to pull out a few pieces I have been wanting to style.
These new flats from Sole Society were the perfect shoe to grab a quick lunch with Matt before I headed out of town. They come in three colors, but this dusty rose is by far my favorite. When it comes to the color blush, I can never get enough. Also, if you are in the market for a tote that carries a TON and can truly get you through the day, this oversized shopper is available in six colors and generally holds everything I need for the entire day. Maybe this is due to “city living” (and lack of having a car) but when I head out for the day I feel like I always need to bring a million and one things with me. Maybe one day I will learn how to scale back, but until then, thank goodness for these totes!
