I know I may sound like a broken record, but I could literally shout it from the mountain tops that I absolutely, without a doubt love TJ Maxx.  Once again, I stumbled across an incredible blouse that somehow found it’s way into my basket while I was only looking for a Halloween costume for my puppy, Hadley (she must of stuck it in there). It’s funny how things just end up in shopping carts. Just like when I was younger and thought that placing a box of ice cream sandwiches, at the bottom of my mom’s basket, when she wasn’t looking, would be a shoe in.  Clearly, when I got to the register and suddenly realized what had made it’s way all the way there, it needed to be purchased.  

I have always been drawn to black and white (especially once I moved to NYC), so this top instantly grabbed my attention.  The small bird detail was an extra bonus that gave the shirt that something special.  I debated pairing it with my oxblood coated Old Navy pants (will be featured soon), but instead decided to go with a classic black and white look…something that never fails.
