I am always about taking a little bit of something old and placing it with something new. This is the best formula for rethinking your closet and wearing pieces differently then how you first intended.  The pleats and midi length of this skirt drew my attention instantly and I wanted to wear it with a chunky warm sweater since I planned to forgo tights.  I added a pop of color with the belt and clutch and one of my favorite things to do is tuck a fun statement necklace under a turtleneck sweater.  This necklace helped tie everything together and added that extra element of casual glam that I am always looking for.  It was such a perfect day to stroll and explore the city I love.
