One thing I have been trying to do on the regular is get out of our apartment an go for a walk to get some fresh air. During these colder months I easily can make excuses to stay inside, but when I take Hadley for a walk or am out with Logan roaming the streets or park, I feel so much better. A little fresh air is good for all our souls.

I recently picked up a new pair of Nike sneakers from Nordstrom, which has been motivation in itself. I have been in the market for a classic black pair and loved the lightweight feel of these. They also fall under $100, which was ideally what I was looking for.

One thing to note, for myself at least, with Nike I go down 1/2 a size. I am a true 7.5 and their 7 always fits me great. Just something to keep in mind if you haven’t shopped their shoes before. Nordstrom does offer free shipping and returns though if you needed to test out two sizes. They also have same day curbside pickup as another option as well!
