If visiting New York City during the holidays, what are a few must see and dos? I get this question a lot and love sharing different ideas and things to do during this time of year in the most magical city! One thing that always comes to mind is Bryant Park. You can cross so many things off your list while there and it is one of the most festive places in NYC. From ice skating, to shopping the pop-up shops and enjoying a variety of bites from multiple vendors, you could get lost in Bryant Park for hours. There is so much to see and do and to be honest one of my favorite things is to grab a hot cocoa and people watch, especially by the ice rink (anyone else guilty of this?!). Bryant Park is located near the middle of Manhattan so it is easy to get there and to other places you may be going. One thing to note, is that it is 95% outdoors, so make sure you dress the part!

I have been loving the Parka selection from Abercrombie lately and better yet, a bunch are on sale! The Ultra Parka is such a great deal, you pretty much get three looks for the price of one. You get the outer shell of the jacket, a fuzzy vest that you can zip in and layer on the inside and/or just wear the vest by itself. I think this option is great for exploring the city, especially if you get hot while ice-skating or doing something a bit more active.

The sherpa lining on this military style parka is what caught my eye in the jacket I have styled below. I love the texture and warm and cozy feel to this jacket. What is great about Abercrombie, is they offer a variety of options that can appeal to almost anyone. It is fun scrolling through their site and seeing what catches your eye. Another thing to keep in mind when out and about in the city (and anywhere this winter) are accessories to keep warm! This chunky knit pom beanie I have already worn countless times and I picked up a few pairs of these fuzzy socks and mittens.
