Casual chic is a term I like to use where I style and wear something that is comfortable, but cute! I have been on a bit of an Adidas sweatshirt kick (see post here), but wanted to style this one in a way that I could wear it out and about for the day. I loved the light blue color and could only find it in the mens section, so I am wearing a size small here. I added a bit of texture underneath with a striped long sleeve and paired with denim shorts and my go-to booties.
Nordstrom has a great Adidas selection on their site. Whether you are looking for a few pieces to work out in or wear more casually, they have it all. I have these sneaks in my cart and think they are a great option to wear with denim or for working out. Don’t be afraid to look in new sections for pieces you can style, such as mens and boys. Just read some reviews and adjust you sizing accordingly! The best part about Nordstrom is their free shipping both ways, so if a new item doesn’t work out, no big deal at all.
Matt and I are packing up and heading upstate this weekend for a wedding. The weather is cooling off drastically so I have already packed up this sweatshirt and a few other cozy pieces to wear at night! The wedding is earlier in the day and then I have heard talk of a lot of fit pit, hang out action happening at night, which is right up my alley! I hope you all have a great weekend!
