This is my first post from Charleston, and I couldn’t help but to share the cutest yellow midi wrap dress with you all! The weather down south was hot and humid, so I was on the hunt for lightweight pieces before our trip, especially ones that I could dress up a bit and wear out to dinner. I fell in love with this marigold color and new it would be perfect for our long weekend away.

Yellow is a color I used to be hesitant to wear (I blame it on having blonde hair), but the more and more I try it out I absolutely love it. This deeper yellow in particular is so flattering for many skin tones. I usually keep everything else fairly simple so the dress is the main focal point.

This night headed to grab dinner at The Darling Oyster Bar right on King Street. I honestly couldn’t get enough fresh seafood and wanted it for every meal! If you don’t have a reservation the wait can be long, but you could always put your name is and grab a drink next door while you wait.  My entire family loves seafood so we pretty much incorporated it into every meal while here!
