As you probably have noticed, I primarily love and wear dainty jewelry. I find it compliments every outfit and I love layering up necklaces to create a unique look. When I posted this outfit on my Instagram Stories over the weekend, I had an overwhelming amount of you ask where my necklaces were from, making me especially excited to be partnering with Ella Stein and share their story and these necklaces with you all today!

Their jewelry is hand produced in a small village of women in India, allowing these women to be financially stable and empowered by these job opportunities. Importantly, the women who make the jewelry work in a modern, fully air conditioned factory and all receive fair living wages, medical and life insurance, retirement benefits, 6 months paid maternity leave, 4 weeks paid vacation. I don’t usually talk about these attributes in a company, but think it’s so important to applaud those companies that are really making a difference!
Ella Stein’s belief is that “millions of carbon atoms bond to form a diamond – these bonds make the precious stone one of Earth’s toughest natural resources. Like a diamond, when women unite we are unstoppable”. If you step back and take a minute to reflect on this, it is pretty powerful and accurate. I know personally, in the world of blogging, I have been able to meet and connect with some of the most incredible gals, a few which I now call dear friends. When we come together and support each other and lift each other up, everyone succeeds.
