Happy Tuesday, everyone! I hope you all had the best long weekend and 4th of July. I spent the few days back at home in PA and indulged in family time, fireworks and consuming as much food as humanly possible. That’s what the holidays are all about right!?
As promised, Nantucket part 2 is up, and writing this post makes me wish I was transported back to this beautiful island. I am sharing some photos of our sailboat we rented for a sunset cruise which was one of my favorite memories (and happened to be on my birthday). We left the harbor and sailed around the island for 1.5 hours. It was my first time seeing Nantucket from a different perspective (besides when I have taken the ferry in from Hyannis) and it was beautiful! We were able to bring drinks, food, music, etc. on board so it really was a memorable evening and something I would highly recommend.
We also spent part of one day at Cisco Brewery, which if you are visiting Nantucket it is a must on your to-do list and such a fun scene. Filled with food trucks, live music and a casual vibe, you could quickly get sucked in to spending many hours here. You are also welcome to bring your own food and at times we have picked up snacks from Bartlett Farm which is right next door. They have picnic tables scattered around, but I would recommend getting there early to snag a seat. We have brought games to play as well, but generally just relax and enjoy the moment.
