I know I have been chatting about coats a lot lately, but with the weather being cool I am always looking for fashionable alternatives to constantly sporting my puffy down jacket. Plus, shooting coats outside in the winter is so much more enjoyable than shooting an outfit without one! But I can’t complain about the wether this year – I can’t believe how mild it was this weekend. When looking for a new coat, interesting features or textures is something I try and look for, and my favorite thing about this oversized waterfall coat has to be the large lapels drape down the front. This is one of my favorite trends in winter jackets this season, and so I was really happy to see that this jacket came in a grey color (my favorite). I’ve listed out some other of my favorite waterfall coats below.
This upcoming long weekend, my group of friends and I (24 of us to be exact!) all rented a ski house in Vermont. The house is actually a farmhouse and sits on 10 acres. I’m excited for the skiing, but definitely way more excited for some smores – I am absolutely packing this coat to sit and be cozy by the fire.
