This past weekend was such a perfect fall weekend and well spent as my first one back in the city in what feels like forever. Every fall I fall in love with the city all over – I really think it’s the best time of year to experience New York. With my wedding and honeymoon this fall, I thought I would practically miss this entire season in this city, but to my surprise the weather has still been pretty mild since we got home. On Saturday, we took a family trip (Hadley included) up to Central Park to enjoy the weather and what I’m sure will be one of our last meals outside (side note – one of my favorite dog-friendly restaurants for a quick bite near Central Park is Beach Cafe).
My bonfire poncho and knit sweater were the perfect layering pieces while out and about. I picked up these two items the other day, as Loft is having a 40% off Friendsgiving Sale.
