Isn’t it true that some of the simplest outfits tend to be your favorite? I wore this oversized stripe button-down shirt and my boyfriend jeans for a low-key event last week. I really love the fit of this shirt — often I find button downs to be too boxy or not flattering, but was pleasantly surprised when I tried this one on.
On a total side note, I recently discovered a nail polish I am now obsessed with! I attend another event last week offering manicures with using Lauren B. nail polish. While on the slightly pricier side, it is “five free” which includes being vegan friendly and free of formaldehyde. Typically I only get my nails done for special events because with working at the hospital my nails usually get chipped within the first day or so. I can happily say (and this isn’t a sponsored post) that since last Wednesday when I had my nails done, I honestly do not even have one chip on any nail. Better yet, she only used one coat as well (I will put a picture on my snapchat of my nails). I am excited to try a few other colors and hopefully re-stock my nail polish drawer with a few Lauren B. colors!
