What I really love about the warm summer months is pulling out all my linen pieces and investing in a few new ones. These linen shorts with a tuxedo stripe down the side were the perfect short to wear for a day running around the city. Matt had to work all weekend, so Hadley and I walked around the city, shopping and eating along the way (Sprinkles ice-cream shop, hello!).  With how busy I have been (and will be all summer), it was so nice to have some downtime  and relax.

I also found myself spending way too much time (and money) in J.Crew, but snagging a few things on sale. This led to my super casual, relaxed weekend wear below.
