This past weekend was spent home in the suburbs celebrating my best friend getting married. The rain finally stopped and the temperatures warmed up which lead to this floral crochet blouse being brought out once again for a BBQ at my brother’s house on Sunday. I have two nieces, ages 5 and 2 so when we all get together I try and dress appropriately for running around the yard with them, but also still looking put together. While most of the evening was spent watching them swim in the pool (kids are fearless, they jumped right in disregarding the chilly water temps), I am a sucker for family time and feel so fortunate with how close they live to my parents.
