I am back home after such a fun weekend in Dallas for the rewardStyle conference. It was a weekend of learning so much about online publishing, meeting new people, and catching up with some of my favorite bloggers/friends. We stayed at The Joule hotel, which had a beautiful rooftop pool and modern rooms, located in the heart of the city. I roomed with Grace from A Southern Drawl and Sydney from Summer Wind…and yes, the three of us cozied up in a single king size bed, ha! Lots of memories and laughs throughout the entire weekend.

On my first day in Dallas, I wore this off the shoulder Rebecca Minkoff dress.  The day was packed with educational sessions and meetings with brands, so I knew that I would be on my feet a good amount and made the decision to stick with a thicker heel sandal. If you are looking for a light weight summer dress, this one can be worn off the shoulder, as shown below, but also comes with thin detachable straps as a second option. I love it both ways.
