This past week, with the sun shining, it felt like every person in NYC came out of hibernation and made their way on to the sunny streets of NYC, myself included. I wasted no time tossing on this pair of white track pants, with the perfect stripe detail along the ankle. I kept the rest of the look casual, adding a chambray (you can never go wrong here), topper coat, and my go-to Jack Purcell sneaks. It was the perfect day to spend time in one of my favorite parts of the city, Washington Square Park. Everyone was in a great mood, soaking in a day that really started to feel like spring! You never know what you will see in Washington Square, but you generally can count on seeing something unique! To my delight, on this afternoon, a man brought out his piano in the middle of the park today and was playing some great songs. Some of my favorite spots around Washington Square are Mamoun’s Falafel (the best falafel in nyc!), Peanut Butter & Co. NYC (little restaurant featuring all things peanut butter, heaven!), Murray’s Cheese Shop (ridiculous cheese selection), and Minetta Tavern (although I’m not a meat lover, Matt loves the burger and I must admit it is pretty insane!)
