There is truly something magical about Central Park in the winter when it snows. When I saw the forecast for more snow I decided to embrace it, toss on my oversized grey coat, and head out to the quintessential Bow Bridge in Central Park for some photos. Inside the park was desolate and hardly any foot traffic. While I am very ready for spring, winter was still in full force last week, so I paired pastels with an oversized, long grey coat and nude pump (even if they were in no way weather appropriate!) The distressed knees in these white jeans add a bit of edge to your classic pant. I have already worn them about five times since I received them and can’t wait to toss them on with sandals whenever spring decides to stick around for good.
Additionally, I have been cleaning out my jewelry and realzing that I have grown to enjoy simple, classic pieces more then costume and oversized ones. There is something so simple and feminine about a pearl bracelet that adds a delicate feel to a look. The Pearl Source is a wonderful online resource for purchasing Fresh Water, Akoya and South Sea pearls. The Pearl Source is able to import in large quantities, which allows for their prices to fall 60-80% below retail prices creating a win/win for us all! It is important to take good care of your finer jewelry, so always keep the packaging they arrive in as well as familiarizing yourself with the best way to preserve each piece. I have to admit, I have tiny wrists and this is the first pearl bracelet that fits and I have not had to adjust!
