I know, I’m a little tardy posting this pink midi skirt as it would have been ideal for a Valentine’s date. If Matt and I opted to hit the town, this undoubtedly would have been my outfit of choice. But we decided to have a very low key night in—it was freezing in NYC this weekend and a home cooked meal, a fire, and a bottle of wine was calling our names. In fact, we even bought tickets to the movies in the morning (yes, in NYC you generally need to buy your movie tickets well in advance to get in), and as the evening rolled around that even sounded too ambitious (sad I know!) and we returned them. This whole blogging, plus-fashion week (I wore this outfit to a fashion week event), and working full time takes a toll, and I knew I would likely fall asleep right as the lights dimmed – Is anyone else guilty of this?!  I borrowed this beutiful Rebson skirt from Wolf and Badger, a favorite website that I have posted about before, for fashion week.
