I am back in NYC, but still dreaming about the warm weather and beaches in Mexico. Matt surprised me this Christmas with a trip to Mexico to escape this bitter cold winter, and we had so much fun relaxing, eating and drinking under the Mexican heat. I am not kidding when I say I consumed about five churros and three cups of guacamole each day. Thankfully we live on a block with two Mexican restaurants so I wont go into Mexican withdrawal!
I wore this off the shoulder dress over my bikini to the beach and although it was an extremely windy day I love how the wind captured the movement of the fabric. Whenever I pack for vacations, I try and pack items that will be reused over and over, in this case my panama hat and sandals. As much as I would love to pack individual accessories for each look, my muscles are not strong enough to lug the suitcase that would be carrying it all!
