This might be one of my favorite casual outfits in awhile and an unexpectedly quiet Bryant Park was the perfect place to take pictures. The oversized fit of the stripe sweater paired with a slight high-low hem, distressed denim and slip-on shoes honestly just feels like the weekend. Some of the best purchases have come unexpectedly, and while I have been searching for a pair of shoes like this for awhile, I was looking for something totally different while in Lord & Taylor. On my way out, thinking I would be leaving empty handed, I spotted these Steve Madden slip ons and new I had to have them. The possibilities are endless, shorts, dresses, denim and the list goes on! They are under $100 and a wardrobe staple.
