Tis the season of chilly weather, hot toddy’s, and holiday parties! When November hits I start to think about outfits for the holiday parties that will quickly fill up the calendar. I always want something festive and fun, but nothing that screams Santa’s little helper. I already have a few looks in mind, and will be sharing them on the blog over the next few weeks. This midi length skirt from Windsor store has the perfect amount of gold detail and I love the a-line shape, which I find to be more flattering. With the skirt being the main focal point I kept it simple with a tuxedo blouse. My one rule of thumb when attending a holiday gathering is to always rock a bold lip. It is the time of year where are tans have pretty much faded and a bold, red lip always looks beautiful against the skin. Plus, it is a simple way to get into the holiday spirit!
