I would say that my current color crush is blush, but I really have been fixated on this color for quite some time now – I guess that means we have moved past the crush phase, and now its a full blown (sick) relationship! And one browse through my Instagram feed tells me that I’m not alone; this color is definitely trending this fall. In honor of the Boohoo Friendsgiving dinner I attended on Tuesday night (in their SoHo pop-up shop, which all you NYC gals must pop-in), I decided to pull this Boohoo blush fringe coat out of the closet for an afternoon of running around the city. When I have a bolder item, such as this coat, I really try and keep all other pieces simple and neutral. I went a bit funky with my hair playing around with braids and a fishtail, and actually wore my grey tee inside out to create a more grungy, worn in feel. Also, at the Boohoo dinner I had a chance to preview some of their newer collection and it is definitely worth checking out! Lets just say I have my eye on a few more faux fur coats to take me into the winter.
