Monday no-funday. Wishing it was still the weekend, but trying hard to get motivated for the week ahead. This past weekend was gorgeous in NYC, but it really cooled down on Sunday (which brought back some repressed memories of shooting pictures in the freezing cold last winter – certainly not looking forward to those days!)
Although I rocked this little feather number on Saturday when the sun was beaming, I definitely will be wearing it in the winter months with some opaque tights. I added a pop of color to this look with this light pink wool coat. The slightly oversized fit and the cut of this particular jacket really makes it unique. I view my outerwear as an extension of my overall look and not just as an item to keep me warm. I tend to invest in a few high-end versatile coats that will last season after season, but also try to pick up some reasonably priced jackets that are playful and bold.
