I love summer dresses that are light weight, colorful and has a fun detail, such as the cut-out feature on the back of this dress. This past weekend I escaped the city and headed out to Ocean Beach, Fire Island with a group of friends. Fire Island is a narrow island off the coast of Long Island and it is such a relaxed and laid back atmosphere.  The best part, there are no cars allowed on the Island during the summer…needless to say its a nice change of pace from the city! With everything super casual, my heels stayed in the city and I packed this dress and sandals to wear out at night, with just a few touches of jewelry.
