Today I turn yet another year older, 27 to be exact! I have never been a huge birthday person, but as I slowly creep up to the 30 year mark I have decided to celebrate and embrace every birthday going forward. This past year I have grown so much, both personally and professionally. I started this little blog of mine, I continue to live in the most incredible city, and best of all, the absolute love of my life and best friend asked me to marry him! Now with all the sappy things aside, you may not know that  I have the biggest sweet tooth in the world and my favorite cupcake ever is from Sprinkles (not that I check their phone app daily or anything to see what flavors they have… that would just be crazy…).

I cannot think of a better way to spend my birthday than walking around town in one of my favorite French Connection dresses, with my beau and pup, eating only the best cupcakes dispensed fresh from an “ATM” machine (salted caramel + lemon are my faves).  I always joke that I would have a Sprinkles cupcake tower at my wedding, but now as the planning has commenced, I am seriously considering it.
