A bit of sparkle and a splash of fun make up the perfect balance for a night out on the town.  There is something about being able to twirl around and see the movement of your dress or skirt that always brings me back to my childhood.  To me, it adds that extra feminine falre and a guarenteed good time 🙂  This outfit, believe it or not, was such a steal.  I found the top at TJ Maxx and the feather skirt I have been on the hunt for (but not wanting to spend $300 on) I found at a higher end thrift store in Manayunk, PA!
