I am usually drawn to anything navy and white stripped, but I resisted that combination, and decided to go with this navy and red stripped dress instead.  I love that this dress is 3/4 length sleeves, and (as as you all probably know by now) I can’t get enough of the fit and flare style.  At first, I was tempted to through on a fun statement necklace, but I ultimately decided to pair this dress with one of my favorite embellished collard shits. Mixing and matching is something I rarely shy away from, and I encourage all of you to do the same!
