Living in NYC you can honestly get away with wearing pretty much anything…pajamas outside to walk your dog (guilty!) or stilettos to Whole Foods.  I love this about the city because it allows for one’s creative juices to flow and encourages you to dress up a bit more for a simple occasion.  Below is an outfit I wore on one of our date nights with MPK…perfect for drinks and dinner.  This fit and flare skirt was one I had my eye on for months and then all stars aligned and it went on sale at Saks.  You better believe I snatched it up faster then those who were in line at the free Alexander Wang sample sale (must watch here).
