Girls weekend should be an annual must for every mother daughter duo.  This past weekend was spent home visiting my parents right outside of Philadelphia and turning Saturday into a jam packed girls day.  We started off at A Taste of Britain for high tea, followed by a tour of the Eastern State Penitentiary (we love this stuff), mani/pedi (my Mom’s first ever) and then ended the evening with my Dad meeting back up with us and grabbing dinner out.  The black and white blouse featured below is one of my favorite go-to weekend pieces.  The scalloped detail on the collar and sleeves makes it stand out from the other white blouses in my closet and adds that extra element to a simple outfit.  Such an easy piece to transition into Fall and worked perfectly to take me from day to night.
