If you have been following along, you may know that Matt and I have been on a bit of a California road trip! It has been so much fun exploring new areas and checking off places on our list. One of our stops was Carmel by-the-sea where Matt’s twin brother and Aunt were able to join us as well. This post is a little sneak peek into the bigger post I will write about this trip, but thought it would be fun to share.

The temps have been AMAZING, cooler mornings and typically getting into the low 70’s by the end of the day. I am a fan of packing light layers when I travel and knew this utility jacket from Walmart is perfect. It is such a great staple to wear and pair with so many different pieces and adds an extra layer of warmth until the sun comes out. On Walmart’s site they have a “It List” page, which makes shopping for trends fun and easy. Right now they are sharing 10 trends they love for fall, including the fall bootie, which I have paired with this look (my leopard pair)! I also loved checking out their ear candy and statement sleeve selections as well.

Walmart also offers free shipping on most orders over $35, which is a great option if you don’t have time to pick up in store!
