I hope all you East Coasters are keeping warm and cozy over the next few days! If you live in NYC, you can find me trekking to work in 101 layers and my Hunter rain boots, hoping I don’t get buried in snow…hospitals never close after all 🙂

This past weekend Matt and I grabbed a late lunch at Peneolpe, a local favorite of mine that I have talked about on here  and there, and decided to snap some pictures on the way. This leopard coat was such a steal from Macy’s, and others must have thought so as well because it is completely sold out. I linked a few other similar favorites below. When I head out during the day, specifically a day date with Matt, I always like to try and put a little extra effort into my look, which usually entails a dress or skirt. I can’t get enough of chunky sweaters paired with skirts this season, it quite honestly is my go-to look. Keeping this simple (and added warmth), I tossed on over the knee boots and a braid before heading out the door.

Keep warm everybody, I am counting down the hours until I get home to my little fam, the fireplace going, and some serious TV binging!
