I shared this recipe as I was making it over on my Instragram Stories this past weekend and had a ton of requests to make into a blog post. When fall rolls around I am not shy about my love affair with pumpkin everything and anything! I had a pumpkin candle burning as I was making these bites and sipping on pumpkin coffee (just sprinkle a bit of pumpkin pie spice in your coffee grounds or the bottom of your cup to get the pumpkin flavor without the calories).
