10 Picks From Bloomingdale’s Aqua Line
March 20, 2018

Gold Horn Necklace

The idea behind this post started when I was shopping around Bloomingdale’s the other day and quickly realized that everything I liked and was picking up to try on was from their Aqua line. If you aren’t familiar, this line is exclusive to Bloomingdale’s and typically carries on trend pieces that (for the most part) fall well under $100. I picked up these scalloped shorts and this summer sweater for now, but have my eye on a few others, which I’m sharing below!

While Aqua is one brand that falls under Bloomingdale’s 100% Exclusives, there are so many other brands that contribute to this section as well. I love checking out this area first as you know each piece is unique to Bloomingdale’s. It is a fun way to check out new brands and also see what exclusives some of the brands you love are coming out with.

High Waisted White Shorts

Aqua High-Waist Scalloped Shorts

1.Scalloped Shorts – I had high hopes for the weather to warm up so I could wear these outside, but NYC has been playing all sorts of tricks on me, so I will have to wait a little bit longer.  These shorts are only $58 and also available in black!

2.Cutout Sweater – Pictured below, this is such an easy piece to toss on and go. The cutout shoulder/neckline area adds a fun detail to your typical summer sweater and I couldn’t resist the olive color. It also comes in black though, if that is more your style.

3.High/Low Dress – How cute is this piece?! The sheer overlay mixed with the dainty dot detailing and ruffle v-neck front and back has me sold! The perfect dress if you are a bride-to-be or just looking for an adorable dress for the warmer months under $100!

4.Ruffled Tank – Speaking of ruffles, this is another piece I have had my eye on and can’t wait to wear with shorts! It is only $38 and comes in both a gorgeous silver color (my favorite) as well as white.

5.Wide Leg Pant – One piece I always pull out for spring and summer is a pair of white, wide legs pants. The fact that these are high waisted and have a cute tie waist makes them even better!

6.Striped Maxi Dress – This rainbow striped dress just screams vacation! You all know I typically don’t do a ton of color, but for some reason I can’t stop thinking about this piece! Toss on a pair of statement earrings and nude sandals and head out the door.

7.Twist-front Tee – I have this style top in the tank version and absolutely love it. When I saw it in the tee . I thought it was just as cute and a bit more appropriate for the current weather we have been experiencing. Toss on a leather jacket for now and wear alone in a month or so!

8.Eyelet Dress – No surprise here that I have been picking up eyelet everything over the past month. From the neckline to their tiers in the skirt, this dress screams summer. I would pair with a fun, color earring and keep the rest of my look simple and neutral.

9.Embellished Sandals – To be honest, these just look so fun to me! Sometimes I prefer to keep things simple with a white tee and denim and think these slides would add the perfect touch to complete a look.

10.Ruffled Back Button Top – Last, but not least, I am a sucker for anything with back buttons! It is like a hidden surprise when you turn around making the piece even better. Pair with some high waisted shorts and toss your hair up so you can really see the ruffle feature.
