5 BEAUTY PRODUCTS I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT

best beauty products

It has taken a bit of time, but through the years I have come to figure out a few beauty products that I absolutely swear by and can’t live without. The best thing about each one of these items is that they can be found at Nordstrom. I shop online at Nordstrom often…way too often, so it makes it easy to toss a beauty product or two into my cart when I run out and need a refill. They have an entire section dedicated to beauty where you can find almost anything you are looking for as well as get ideas for new products you may want to try. Over the past few months I have had a bunch of questions about my eye lashes, so I am spilling all the secrets on the two game changing products below!

YSL The Shock Mascara

YSL The Shock + Lancome CILS Booster – This is the dynamic duo I swear by! I have always been a mascara junkie and used to pile on 3-4 mascaras to achieve the look I was going for. A few months ago I decided to try a new mascara that I was reading about and add it into my routine. I decided to only use a primer (which I have always used) and this mascara and my life was forever changed. I know this sounds dramatic (ha!), but truly I have had so many people DM me and ask if my lashes were real, what I do, etc. I only thought it would be appropriate to spill the beans on this amazing combo with you all.

R + Co Texture Spray

R+Co Texture Spray – Another product that has completely changed the game. This stuff is pure gold and allows my hair to appear thicker and hold a curl for over 24hrs. I spray it in my hair when it is dry (before curling), give it a good brush through and start styling. I also use it when my hair isn’t being curled, but starts looking flat and dull. It is an instant boot of volume which this girl often needs. ALSO, this is my secret weapon for my top knot which you all ask about (I promise a tutorial will be coming soon)! It helps thicken your hair while also creating texture for your top knot to stick and hold.

t3 Micro

T3 Curling Iron – While we are on the topic of hair, I am utterly obsessed with this curling wand. The best part is it is interchangeable, so you can easily twist off the barrel and swap it out for different sizes, etc. Just be careful, don’t put it on full heat (I put it on #3) and ALWAYS use a heat protectant for your hair ahead of time. This wand is magic and I truly believe it is why my hair will finally hold a curl. I typically use the 1.25 barrel (you can find the entire set here).

Anastasia Brow Duo

Anastasia Brow Duo (shade: soft brown) – I learned about this product maybe two years ago and have been hooked ever since. I never paid much attention to my brows and once I became a bit more educated and gave them a little TLC I am honestly not quite sure how I ever lived without this stuff. I use the lighter powder for the thicker/inner part of my brow and the darker powder for my thinner/outer brow. I apply it with this brush and seal it with this brow gel. The perfect trifecta if you ask me!

KOPARI

KOPARI lip love – Last but not least, I don’t know about you all, but I am a chapstick junkie. I need something on my lips at all times and lately with this hard winter weather my lips have been so dry. This product is more of a recent addition to my beauty routine, but I love it. It smells incredible, I have heard such great things about the entire KOPARI line and it feels like butter on your lips…in a good way!

BEAUTY ROUND-UP:
