Happy Monday, everyone!! It is crazy to think that it’s already that time of year where Fashion Week is here in full swing! I always love getting to see other blogger gals that live outside the city and spend time catching up with them and popping in and out of events. The weather has cooled, and the mornings especially have been crisp, which is why I opted for this long sleeve dress. The material is lightweight making it the perfect option for a day spent bopping around the city.

While I wish I could say I could own it in heels all day, the truth is…I can’t. If I do wear heels, I always have a pair of flats stashed away in my bag (which is why I try and carry a bag on the larger size), but if my outfit allows for a cute bootie, it is the perfect solution. I love the taupe color on this pair in particular. It goes with virtually everything in my wardrobe and, besides being comfortable, are easy to slip on and off.

I have a feeling with fall just around the corner, ankle booties and boots in general will be on high rotation. Personally, I like to switch up my booties from year to year because they take a beating walking around the city and I find Sole Society has the best on trend booties that won’t break the bank!
