EMBROIDERED OFF THE SHOULDER DRESS

I’m sure if you have taken one scroll through your instagram feed you noticed one indisputable fact: festival season has arrived. While I am not attending any festivals this go-around, I do enjoy stalking the festival street style and incorporating certain things into my every day life.

If you are heading to a festival or an outdoor concert and are stuck on what to wear, Bloomingdale’s offers an entire section dedicated to just this! I had fun scrolling through their lookbook and finding inspiration in the different pieces. This embroidered off the shoulder dress instantly caught my eye. I loved the bold definition of the embroidery against the lighter blue material. Plus, the off the shoulder cut allows for a day in the sun without any awkward tan lines which is always a bonus! This little embroidered number is also part of Bloomingdale’s 100% Exclusive collection, meaning that you can only find it (and many other items) at Bloomies making it a little extra unique! I was tempted to get these tassel earrings to go with the dress!

While the closest I got to a festival was live music in Bryant Park (hey, I’ll take what I can get), the nice thing about this little dress, and a lot of festival inspired pieces, is that they really are versatile and can be worn in various settings. From lace to crochet, flowy dresses to denim jackets, there are so many ways to style each piece to make it your own. I listed out a few of my favorites from Bloomingdale’s festival inspo. board that I thought would work perfectly for everyday life as well. Would love to hear if you all are off to any festivals! Personally, I’m dying to go to Jazz Fest in New Orleans one day. Happy Friday, everyone!
