For as long as I can remember, I have always been a caramel loving gal…in any way, shape or form! Especially as the fall rolls around, I can’t get enough of caramel flavor in my sweet treats (hello caramel apples, popcorn + salted caramel ANYTHINGS!). That being said, I have found myself sticking a few Werther’s candies into my bag for when I am on the go as they are the perfect sweet tooth cure.
When Werther’s Original asked if I wanted to partner together to share some fall favorites inspired by caramel I couldn’t resist. If you all have been following along for some time now, you may notice that caramel hues pretty much fill my wardrobe! Truly the perfect neutral. I just recently picked up this caramel colored sweater for fall and can’t wait to wear it!
I have to admit I was quite pumped when five bags of caramels arrived at my doorstep for me to try out. While I was certain which was my favorite caramel candy of the bunch, I took this caramel personality quiz to see if it would match what I thought I already knew. It was no surprise that my result was their caramel hard cadies, they will always be my number one favorite and such a classic, although I have enjoyed trying out the different flavors and even stuck the caramel apple filled candies into a batch of brownies for an extra twist.
